The Bot college of trains n stuff is choking Matt Painter sucks. He is a terrible coach. I was praying that he would go to Mizzou when they tried recruiting him a few years ago, now Purdue is stuck with him.

Last night I heard "Brittney" Griner's voice for the first time.
Yeah, that's a man.
Just scroll down, close your eyes once you get to the video, click play, and listen for yourself.
^Actually her this time. Very little difference, eh?

So, you're Bo Ryan. Your team is inbounding the ball, down by 3 with 1:02 to go.
How do you let your team do anything in that situation, besides A) attempt a 3pt shot for the tie or B) attempt a "quick" 2 (quick, here, meaning anything that takes less than 20!!! seconds, so that you still have time to get a stop and get the ball back with 7ish seconds with an attempt to go for the win)?
Then, once your retarded players screw around for 32 seconds before getting fouled for two free throws, and then once you're gifted a front-end miss on a 1-and-1 on the other end, and you get the ball back with 15 seconds--how do you not call your last timeout to ensure that A) you get a better shot than an off-balance 3 from Jordan Taylor with time running down and B) one of your best offensive players (someone who might have come in handy when it came time to rebound that miss) is actually in the game?
Tom Izzo must get really annoyed whenever he loses a Big 10 game to one of these knucklehead coaches.

My team's coach is Matt Painter. I have no right to criticize another coach and that makes me sad.
Matt Painter sucks.

So, Bradley Beal is officially going in the top five, eh?
OH WAIT, SULLINGER MAY PUSH HIM TO SIX!

I didn't watch last night, but Beal's a nice player.
If I was GMing the Cavaliers, my board would go:
1. Anthony Davis
2. Thomas Robinson 3. Bradley Beal 4/5. Harrison Barnes/MKG (maybe the edge to Barnes as a better fit with KI)
6. Andre Drummond (I guess, at this point, a pure upside pick is justified) 7. Tyler Zeller 8. At #8, I would choose A) to be sad, B) to regret holding onto Jamison, or most likely C) both.

Seriously the under thirty SGs in the NBA that are "good" are, uhm, not very prominent.
Although Klay could be another one.
AND AUSTIN RIVERS... WOOT!!!

I like Austin Rivers. I mean, as much as you can like a player before remembering how unlikeable he is as a human being.
But where his game is at right now, he'd just be a terrible fit with Kyrie, I think. I love the traces of old-school alpha in him, but the Cavaliers don't really need another player in the backcourt to dominate the ball, do they?

No.
Fuck Austin Rivers.
The question is, can Barnes match Klay? If so he would be a GREAT fit. But guys that can't dribble scare me.

Why again is he such a douche?

"I'm the spoiled rich kid son of an NBA head coach" pretty much oozes out of every orifice of his body.
But at the same time, I think that attitude also helps him be a better player.

"Barnes can shoot"
^ only when he has a PG spoon feeding him his shots and as sure as I am Kyrie can do that if I'm taking that as an NBA SF he better be an elite defender/rebounder.

^True, true
Barnes was horrific last night--the worst I've seen him since, not coincidentally, pre-Marshall freshman year--and it really goes to show how reliant he is on his PG to get him his opportunities on offense. But as you said, I assume Kyrie could do that (<--FIT!). From what I've seen, he's a pretty good defender, eh-ish rebounder. But I also still see a nice, long, athletic wing who I assume could still improve.
So what is it you like about MKG? I see a decent athlete (Barnes is probably a little more athletic) who's much more of an effort guy than a skill guy on offense. Good defender, decent (effort!) rebounder. I keep feeling there's just something oddly proportioned about him, though. Sometimes, I think maybe he has really short arms, sometimes I'm not sure that's it. And at times he seems kind of stiff & upright as an athlete. <--Things that possibly contribute to my sense of Offness RE: MKG.
(Cody Zeller looked really good last night, BTW.)
